About the roleWe're seeking an Engineering Projects Manager to take ownership of site based projects across our factories within the greater Sydney region.
Reporting to the Group Engineering Projects Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that drive operational excellence and innovation.This is a hands-on role where your leadership, technical expertise, and problem solving skills will be key to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesLeading engineering projects from concept to completion across multiple sitesDeveloping project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely deliveryCollaborating with internal stakeholders and contractors to drive safe and productive executionMonitoring progress, reporting on milestones, and identifying risksEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standardsSupporting handover to operations, including documentation and trainingOccasional travel for equipment inspections, trade shows, and reference site visitsAbout UsEstablished in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia\'s largest family-owned meat operations, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels.Driven by our purpose of 'Enriching lives through wholesome food', we are committed to creating innovative products for our customers whilst also having a positive impact on our community and environment.Our leading-edge manufacturing processes and dedicated team produce high quality food products across a range of fresh categories and sales channels.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in engineering principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to make quality decisions under pressure.You'll bring:Relevant tertiary qualifications in EngineeringA minimum of 5 years' experience in project engineering or project management with end-to-end project delivery (F&B; industry experience desirable)Strong report writing and negotiation skillsCapability to interpret engineering drawings and contracts with precisionExperience in liaising with contractors and suppliersDemonstrated ability to think quickly, clearly, and logically whilst meeting deadlinesStrong communication skills across all levels of stakeholdersExperience with computerised maintenance management solutions and/or ERP SystemsWhat's on offerStep into a role where your expertise is valued and your impact is visible.
