We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Bathurst clinic. This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Serve as the initial point of contact for new and existing clients.
2. Engage clients through in-person, phone, and email communications.
3. Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
5. Promote and upsell our product range and services.
6. Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.
7. Manage inventory and process clinic orders.
Are you a MATCH?
1. Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments.
2. Exceptional communication skills.
3. Ability to manage a clinic independently.
4. Broad experience in customer service across all interaction stages.
5. Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
6. Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
7. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
