Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

We are looking for French speaking candidates to join our team as Local Administrative Assistant – Supplier Support

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in overseeing supplier information and questionnaire processes throughout the EMEA area
* Handle supplier access rights, their lifecycle and keep ordering contact information up to date
* Keep consistent communication with suppliers and local country contacts.
* Address technical system problems and supplier data issues promptly within set deadlines
* Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the accuracy and quality of supplier data

Skills & Experience:

* Proficient in French to communicate efficiently with suppliers
* Background in administrative or client-facing supplier roles
* Excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills to assist suppliers
* Strong skills in planning, organizing, and effective communication and teamwork
