Urgent requirement of Business Analyst - Manhattan WMS Supply chain Network - Contract - Melbourne Requirements Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for WMS and SCN solutions.
Analyze current warehouse and supply chain processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Configure and validate Manhattan WMS functionalities including receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping.
Support SCN modules for transportation planning, order orchestration, and network optimization.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, and integration requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams for system design, testing, and deployment.
Conduct UAT, training, and change management for end-users.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards.
Required Skills Experience 5+ years as Business Analyst in Manhattan WMS and SCN implementations.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and ERP/WMS integrations.
Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS or earlier versions.
Familiarity with API-based integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Jira, Confluence) preferred.
