About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our dynamic branches based in the Hunter Valley region reporting to the General Manager Eastern Region Operations. This is a critical leadership role, accountable for delivering operational performance, safety compliance, employee engagement, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Safety Leadership: Drive a safety-first culture through proactive risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
 * Employee Welfare: Foster a supportive, respectful, and high-performing workplace environment.
 * Service Delivery & Contracts: Oversee the management and execution of contracts, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
 * Financial Accountability: Take full P&L responsibility for the branch; manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
 * Operational Efficiency: Maximise asset utilisation and optimize labour resources to meet client demands and operational targets.
 * Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and business growth.
About you:
 * Proven leadership experience in a similar operational or branch management role, preferably in heavy industry, logistics, or crane hire.
 * Strong understanding of safety regulations and workplace health and safety standards.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, drive on-time performance, and maintain service excellence.
 * Solid commercial acumen with experience managing full P&L.
 * Skilled in workforce planning, asset scheduling, and operational optimization.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate.

Requirements:
 * Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen prior to commencement
 * National police clearance within 12 months old - or the ability to obtain
 * Australian drivers licence
 * Currently residing in the NSW Hunter Valley region and have working rights in AUS
