The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of strategy, innovation and delivery. Our client is seeking an accomplished executive to head up their SAP S/4HANA Business Unit — a portfolio central to their growth and reputation in the market.
As General Manager, you will be entrusted with shaping business strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring excellence across all aspects of delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening market presence, deepening client relationships, and building a culture of high performance. With flexibility of location, this role offers significant scope to influence outcomes at the highest level.

About You
To succeed in this senior leadership role, you will bring:
* Extensive experience (5+ years) in executive or senior leadership roles within SAP or enterprise technology
* A proven record of leading profitable business units and managing P&L performance
* Strategic acumen, with the ability to balance vision with disciplined execution
* Strong networks and credibility in the SAP S/4HANA landscape
* Exceptional leadership capability — able to inspire, coach and retain top talent
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at executive and board level
