Job Title: Handyperson
The Mantra Frangipani, a tropical oasis in Broome, is seeking an exceptional Handyperson. As the master of all trades, you will ensure the property's impeccable condition through proactive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the property's rooms, amenities, and communal spaces to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with the team, demonstrating both cooperation and independence.
* Address diverse challenges creatively, applying innovative solutions.
* Execute maintenance tasks and preventative projects as required.
Requirements:
* A physically demanding role requiring a 'get-up-and-go' attitude and a commitment to completing tasks safely and professionally.
* Prior experience in practical skills such as general building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work (no formal qualifications necessary).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication at all levels, from General Manager to guests and contractors.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
