AMEP SEE Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator

Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability). Temporary Full Time until 4 June 2027. Salary package $158,345 - $162,265; includes base salary ($139,508 - $142,962), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

This position is for the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program. The SEE Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator supports and evaluates the delivery of educational programs and assessment practices that meet program delivery requirements across TAFE NSW locations delivering the SEE programs. The role includes responsibility for quality and timeliness outcomes for the design and development of learning and assessment resources for a Department of Employment and Workplace Relations funded resource development project.

About you

You will bring detailed knowledge and skill in the use of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) and Digital Literacy Skills Framework (DLSF), working with accredited units of competency, and demonstrated knowledge and experience establishing and implementing curriculum and assessment resources to meet program requirements in a large and diverse vocational sector organisation. You are collaborative, forward-thinking, and committed to high-quality, compliant, and learner-focused outcomes. You have excellent communication and organisation skills and can work effectively as part of large geographically dispersed teams.

Highly Regarded

* Experience in course design and development including the integration of foundation skills within a vocational context (e.g., foundation skills for plumbing).
* Evidence of innovative approaches to educational design and implementation for foundation skills learners across delivery modes such as face-to-face, blended, and online learning.
* Demonstrated experience in meeting project deliverables (formal or informal).
* Strong collaboration and consultation skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
