Role Summary
This clinical position is part of a comprehensive therapeutic intervention service for children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment.
The successful applicant will work within a framework that enhances outcomes for service users through internal clinical practice development, research and specialist consultation.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans based on the Neurosequential model and other clinical measures with clear goals reviewed regularly.
* Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to achieve specified goals within the designated timeframe.
* Provide face-to-face clinical services across the region.
* Undertake consultations with leadership for complex cases to ensure clinical governance.
We are seeking a values-based clinician with experience working with diverse clients and adapting their approach as needed. You should demonstrate strong assessment, treatment and report writing skills and be committed to ongoing professional development.
