Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our team as an employment law expert.
* This role involves managing and supporting other lawyers in managing legal files under partner supervision.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law and be able to advise clients on employment law issues including contracts, compliance, performance, conduct, discipline, and termination.
* Representing clients in workplace claims and conducting investigations and delivering workplace training are also key aspects of this role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing and supporting other lawyers in managing legal files under partner supervision.
* Advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues.
* Representing clients in workplace claims and conducting investigations and delivering workplace training.
Requirements:
* A relevant law degree with strong academic results is required for this role.
* Holding or being eligible to hold a supervised practising certificate is essential.
* A minimum of 6 years' demonstrated experience in employment law is necessary.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
