Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Training Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for customer-facing staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customer-facing staff.
* Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both in-person and remotely.
* Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching to help individuals improve.
* Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop solutions.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a training and/or coaching role.
* Strong knowledge of customer service techniques and processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and preferences.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Certifications in training are a plus.
