**About The Opportunity**:
We are on the hunt for a true professional with expertise in running Food & Beverage outlets within hotels or boutique settings. Our client, an established and innovative group, is seeking a Manager to be fully responsible for the operation of several facets of their world-class food and beverage operation which delivers a high quality experience to in-house and external guests.
This role is all about variety - from prepping the outlets for service to leading the team during peak times, every day brings new challenges. Reporting to the F&B Manager, your focus will be on guiding your team to create memorable guest experiences while also keeping an eye on costs and revenue opportunities to drive success.

**About You**:
- Experience managing F&B operations with teams of up to 50 people
- Preferably 4 or 5 star Hotel experience
- Excellent leadership qualities to lead and develop your team
- Amazing problem solver
- Ability to identify and nurture future leaders
- Strong knowledge of service procedures
- Excellent understanding of beverage and food
- Full P&L understanding
- Proven ability to think outside the box and generate revenue
