Chef de Partie Role
Serve as a key member of the culinary team, overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes within your assigned section. Demonstrate strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients, while guiding and mentoring junior chefs to uphold exceptional standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and present dishes meeting hotel standards
* Oversee daily operations in designated kitchen section
* Supervise and support junior chefs for consistent performance and development
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in the kitchen
* Collaborate with kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding dining experience
Requirements
* Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in hotel or high-volume kitchen
* In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food presentation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver consistent results
* Passion for food, innovation, and hospitality
