BI and Database Specialist

About the Role
In this newly created position, you will enable effective data extraction, transformation, and visualisation across business-as-usual and project deliverables.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand and meet business needs.
Develop and optimise complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
Design and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
Build and manage reports using SSRS and other reporting platforms.
Work with SSAS cubes for multidimensional analysis.
Monitor and maintain SQL Server environments (on-prem and cloud).
Document query logic, data sources, and reporting structures.
What We're Looking For
With previous experience in a related role (BI Developer, SQL Developer, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Database Administrator or Business Intelligence Analyst), you will have:
Demonstrated experience extracting, transforming and visualising data.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Be comfortable engaging with finance stakeholders and their data.
Experience with BI dashboarding tools such as Power BI or ZAP BI.
Willingness to obtain a cleared National Criminal Check suitable for Aged Care.
