Machine Operator
Salary: AUD38 - AUD42 per annum + OT Available
Randstad is seeking an experienced Loader Operator with a valid ticket to join a busy concrete batching plant in Swanbank. This role offers steady hours with competitive pay in a growing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating loaders to feed the batching plant and keep production moving
- Loading and transporting materials safely and efficiently
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting maintenance needs
- Following strict WHS procedures to maintain a safe worksite
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience operating loaders (concrete or quarry environment highly regarded)
- Current RII Loader ticket & White Card
- Solid work ethic and safety-first attitude
- Reliability and willingness to work overtime when required
Location: Swanbank QLD
Rate: $38–$42/hr + OT + weekly pay
