This position is a Permanent Part‑Time role (minimum 25 hours per week) with the opportunity for additional hours during peak periods. Flexibility is essential, with availability required between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM to support a blend of administrative and educator shifts; both split shifts and standard day shifts may be required.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and how it applies within OSHC.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
* Commitment to nurturing safe, positive, and inclusive environments for children.
Core Duties Include
Administration
* Managing enrolments, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
* Processing casual and permanent bookings, absences, and family account updates.
* Responding to family enquiries via email, phone, and in person.
* Preparing and maintaining compliance‑related documentation and reporting.
* Data entry, filing, and general office support.
* Supporting the Service Manager and leadership team with ongoing administrative tasks.

* Assisting with transitions, sign‑in/out procedures, and day‑to‑day service operations.
* Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and child‑centred environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable, enthusiastic administrator who also enjoys being part of the day‑to‑day OSHC environment. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, child‑focused setting and want to play an essential role in our community, we would love to hear from you.
