**How will I help?**
This position exists to deliver high quality AV and Technology support to the Westpac Group's employees and facilities, and liaise with third party AV suppliers to deliver technology for meetings and events. Key responsibilities include consultation, set-up and monitoring of internal events, and providing on-site 1st level support for production, AV technical difficulties, video conferencing and webcasting.
You will provide dedicated support to employees of Westpac Group including:
- Setting up and operating AV equipment for meetings & events, troubleshooting and video conferencing support, liaison with suppliers as required, live streaming, some video production and digital content management. 
- Responsible for examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments, and control systems to diagnose faults, followed by adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn or defective parts and wiring to ensure optimal performance. 
- Reassembles, tests, and fine-tunes equipment after repairs, while also providing users with guidance on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions and extend equipment lifespan. 
- Investigate, analyse & recommend appropriate solutions to achieve the customers objectives. 
- Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver first class outcomes for employees and customers.

**What do I need?** 
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role 
- Experience with production AV technology across all disciplines (audio, video, lighting) essential 
- Experience in a corporate AV environment essential 
- Experience in an installation AV environment beneficial 
- Some knowledge of Crestron control systems preferable Livestream/webcast/broadcast experience preferable 
- General video conference knowledge and experience 
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
- Previous experience with Installing and maintaining electronic instruments and control systems 
- Extensive knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and system upkeep
