We are looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Manager / HR Specialist
to join a leading building materials company.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the company's overall HR management, team structure and coordination.
* Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, job descriptions, and performance management systems.
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, build and grow a strong talent pipeline.
* Coordinate new employee training and internal capability development programs.
* Assist management in high-level meetings, events, and communication with business partners.
* Build effective performance and incentive systems, and promote a positive company culture.
* Work closely with department heads to ensure compliance with Australian labour and employment laws (Fair Work regulations).
Requirements
* Minimum 2
years of HR experience, HR management skill will be a plus
;
* Familiarity with Australian employment regulations (Fair Work Act);
* Strong bilingual communication skills in
English and Mandarin
* Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills;
* A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
