Mercy Health Albury, Geriatric Evaluation and Management ward, consists of a 20-bed inpatient ward providing specialist in-patient Geriatric services to Albury Wodonga and surrounds. The team includes a Geriatrician, nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, and pastoral care.
About The Role

About You
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Must have current immunisation as per NSW Health Policy (Category A Risk position)
* Rehabilitation experience is desirable but not essential
* Focus on patient-centered nursing
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate nursing experience
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Computer literacy
You will also need to provide or be in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
* Proof of influenza vaccination and other vaccinations per public health orders

Minimum Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Competencies in multidisciplinary team nursing care
* Effective clinical communication skills, both written and verbal
* Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
* Ability to supervise, delegate, and lead care delivery
* Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within NSW, including overnight stays
