About the Organisation
This is your opportunity to join one of Australia's most recognised residential land developers, known for creating thriving, connected communities where people love to live. With projects across multiple locations, the team is dedicated to delivering more than just land sales — they're focused on building neighbourhoods that grow and evolve with their residents.
You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative sales environment where no two days are the same. Whether you're welcoming a first-time buyer, supporting an investor, or helping a family find their perfect block of land, you'll be contributing to the exciting journey of turning property dreams into reality.
Purpose of the Role The Sales Associate role exists to be the vital link between clients, the sales office, and the broader team. You'll ensure the sales office runs smoothly, clients feel valued and informed, and the Sales Consultants can focus on progressing deals to settlement.
It's about more than admin — you'll be the warm welcome at the front desk, the person who keeps everything organised behind the scenes, and the extra set of hands that makes a big difference to a client's experience.
This role is also designed to be a stepping stone: with training and mentoring, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to progress into a Sales Consultant role.
