Administration Officer (Lvl 2) – Liverpool Pain Services – Permanent Full Time

Join the South Western Sydney Local Health District as an Administration Officer (Lvl 2) in the Department of Pain Management at Liverpool Hospital.

Location: Liverpool Hospital
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, 38 hrs/week
Remuneration: $66,608.03 – $68,817.27 per annum

Responsibilities

To provide a high standard of administrative support to Outpatient Services including specialist medical clinics, women's health clinics and allied health clinics.

* High-accuracy dictaphone typing and accurate transcription of clinical notes.
* Coordination of complex inpatient and outpatient schedules using Cerner.
* Confidential handling of medical records and professional response to enquiries with empathy and precision.
* Preparation of meeting minutes and navigation of Medicare billing guidelines.
* Adaptability, time management, and compliance in a fast-paced clinical environment.


Qualifications / Experience Requirements

* Broad range of secretarial and administrative tasks performed with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency with clinical systems and software.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
