Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting premium medical skincare products, fostering strong connections with healthcare professionals, and driving growth and success within our Aesthetic Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing plans to boost sales and secure a larger market share.
* Prospecting, acquiring accounts, promoting, educating, and creating demand for our products within your territory.
* Coordinating training programs, conducting practice in-services and events for healthcare professionals, while providing technical expertise about our products and procedures.
Requirements
* 3+ years in aesthetic sales or skincare experience, with a proven track record in goal setting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
* Past roles involved transactional or direct selling, showcasing exceptional sales performance and leadership qualities.
* Consistently excelled in current role, demonstrating ability to learn, innovate, and challenge norms in the Australian skincare market.
* Managing multiple responsibilities and inspiring others to align with specific goals and strategies is second nature.
