Keegan Adams are proud to represent a **Global Investment Manager** specialising in the **Real Estate and Infrastructure** market, looking for an **Investment Operations Associate **to join their Sydney office. In this diverse role, you will be working in a close-knit team, gaining a wide exposure to all aspects of the business and **will report directly to the Head of Investment and Fund Operations for APAC.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide asset consulting for clients in pension funds and superannuation through preparation and assessment of personalized reports.
- Work closely with the investment advisory team to provide exceptional portfolio analysis, performance reporting and investment support.
- Maintenance of performance models, including reconciliation of investment records and implementing portfolio changes.
- Investigating unit pricing data to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Liaising with clients, custodians, external service providers and cross functionally with internal stakeholders in the business.
- Working closely with the teams to aid in the settlement of direct alternative investment transactions.
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally gained whilst working for a superannuation fund, a fund manager, or a custodian.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to financial services.
- Possess strong communication skills and be a whizz at using Excel.
- Be a team player, with a can-do attitude and a positive outlook.
- Be detail oriented and have a good balance of both analytical and problem-solving skills.
