Prepare accurate quotes from technical drawings and specifications Process and manage orders through the ERP system Develop clear, detailed production job packages Coordinate with customers, programming and production teams Support Account Managers with technical enquiries and solutions What You Bring Experience in internal sales, estimating or order processing within manufacturing or steel Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings ERP system experience (CAD exposure highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills A proactive, team-focused mindset The Bigger Picture This is a long-term opportunity within a stable, growing business where your contribution is valued.
