Your Role
As the Public Presentation Manager, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of public space cleaning and presentation services across the Sutherland Shire. You'll oversee town centres, roads, footpaths and civic areas—ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and meet community expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage public place presentation services, including cleaning, litter management and road sweeping.
* Drive service performance through monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets, resources and operational delivery.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legislative requirements.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead and develop a high‐performing, safety‐focused team.
Qualifications
We're seeking an energetic, forward‐thinking leader who is passionate about public service and community well‐being. You will bring a strong background in public place presentation or asset maintenance, along with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and support teams.
* Strong knowledge of public place maintenance and presentation best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Experience in budget planning and financial management to support sustainable decision‐making.
