Insurance Claims Administrator
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced environment. As an Insurance Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration of property insurance claims.
You will work closely with clients, internal staff members, and customers to create a seamless claims process. The role involves answering large volumes of incoming calls, processing new claims, arranging estimators and submitting quotes, maintaining high-level communication with all stakeholders, liaising with insurance companies and loss adjusters, updating notes to internal and client systems, preparing client documentation when required, issuing purchase orders to specialist trades, approving incoming invoices from respective trades, and scope/contract amendments for presentation purposes.
* Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients, internal staff members, and customers on a daily basis.
* Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills: You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
