Global Chief Data and AI Officer Support Specialist
This role provides comprehensive support to the Global Chief Data and AI Officer, managing diaries and calendars by overseeing scheduling and ensuring seamless coordination.
The successful candidate will handle operational coordination, organizing leadership meetings, offsites, and division-wide events across regions. They will manage logistics, agendas, and assist with supervision and management.
Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, drafting and proofreading communications, and managing internal tools and platforms to enhance collaboration and streamline communication.
Additionally, this role involves coordinating complex international travel itineraries and providing meeting support by attending leadership team meetings and offsites, taking minutes when required.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking and finance industry.

* Ability to work well under time pressure and escalate as appropriate.
* Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to liaise, interact and communicate effectively at an executive level.
