Administrative Support Officer
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to fill a Contracting Services Officer position. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of transactional and contract management processes.
About the Role
* The ideal candidate will accurately input financial and operational data into the ERP system, including invoicing, procurement, inventory, and month-end activities.
* Timely and accurate billing, cost allocation, purchase orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments are also key responsibilities.
* Key tasks include processing transactions correctly, managing accounts payable, and ensuring job costing data is entered and maintained accurately.
* The successful candidate will deliver data integrity, support financial performance reviews, and meet month-end deadlines.
About You
* A Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or similar is desirable but not essential.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance/accounts administration role is required.
* Prior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of business operations, products, and services is ideal.
* Proficient in core administrative competencies, including spreadsheeting and document writing/formatting (intermediate use of Microsoft Office 365 applications).
* A high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation is necessary, as well as thoroughness in completing tasks and following up as required.
