Your Role
* Drive business growth across ANZ by achieving key performance indicators.
* Develop and implement three-year brand strategies that build equity and unlock long-term category and brand growth.
* Leverage global innovation pipelines and local R&D capacities to create innovative solutions that meet consumer needs.
* Become an expert in macro trends, category insights, and consumer behavior to drive strategic planning.
* Develop communication strategies and plans that maximize budgets and deliver results.
* Stay ahead of media trends and principles to achieve successful go-to-market plans.
Your Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related fields.
* Minimum three years' marketing experience ideally in FMCG.
* Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Success in managing brands for performance.
* A passion for brands and a customer-centric mindset.
* Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
