They are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in supporting operational stability and future system improvement.

Your Next Role:
You will play a critical role in stabilising, de-risking, and future-proofing manufacturing systems, with a strong focus on Pronto ERP. You will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT stakeholders to document current-state usage, remove reliance on tribal knowledge, and define a roadmap toward standardised, scalable, and supportable ERP processes
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse and document ERP configurations and customisations across manufacturing, inventory/MRP, job costing, supply chain, finance, and reporting
· Produce clear, developer-ready documentation covering process flows, system behaviour, dependencies, and limitations.
· Establish a single source of truth for Pronto usage across all manufacturing sites.
· Engage with business users, site SMEs, IT, and developers through workshops and deep dives.
· Identify process variation, duplication, and unnecessary customisation.
· Define and recommend a future-state model for standardised Pronto usage.
· Act as the key link between manufacturing operations and technical teams.
· Support safer system upgrades, enhancements, and ERP modernisation initiatives
Experience & Qualifications Required:
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Strong, hands-on experience with Pronto ERP systems a must.
· Demonstrated ability to document complex system behaviour and customisations.
· Experience working with both technical teams and operational stakeholders.
· Experience supporting ERP standardisation, consolidation, or upgrade programs.
· Understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, production planning, inventory, and job costing
