About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage telecommunications services, ensuring seamless communication across various platforms.
To achieve this goal, you will be required to operate complex switchboard systems, including Alcatel OmniVista and DECT phones. You must also maintain thorough knowledge of emergency codes and procedures.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
In terms of technical skills, you should have a good understanding of Alcatel 4059, HBICS, EDIS, and Amcom Messenger systems. Familiarity with Outlook and Fire Alarm mimic panel software is also essential.
