Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with sellers, buyers, and solicitors to ensure clear and professional communication.
* Assist with auction day preparation, marketing coordination, and event support.

Marketing & Events
* Handle letterbox drops, photography, and property signage installations.
* Assist with social media scheduling, property campaigns, and online marketing.
* Support the organization of community events and auctions.
Administration & Team Support
* Perform general office administration, correspondence, and workflow management.
* Anticipate team needs and provide assistance as required.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and document management systems.
