Payments Product Manager – 6-month contract opportunity in Big 4 Bank

We're currently recruiting for a Product Manager that will focus on migrating health payment products to new infrastructure within the payments acceptance domain (merchant space), ensuring timely migration and alignment with roadmap. This work involves understanding business requirements, product design, and customer experience impact, and collaborating with risk and compliance stakeholders for governance approvals during rollout.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end product thinking with a holistic view of the customer journey.
- Articulate and deliver product vision effectively.
- Knowledge transfer and mentoring to a peer (former Tech BA promoted to PM).
- Manage dependencies across payments teams and communicate effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Manager (preferably 5 years).
- Strong product design and definition experience.
- Ability to accelerate delivery and manage complex dependencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Payments experience preferred
