Overview
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our IFM Investors account team in Brisbane. Based out of our Mango Hill office, this hub based role offers hands-on exposure across a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial and commercial assets, with the chance to learn from highly experienced FM professionals while building strong foundations for a long-term property career.
In This Role, You Will
* Support the day-to-day operations of retail, industrial and commercial properties across the IFM Investors QLD portfolio
* Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities and conduct site inspections including quarterly visits to FNQ assets
* Assist with compliance reporting and organise contractor access
* Process purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation and maintain asset registers
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, clients and building users
About You
* Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a trade is ideal, however we are equally open to candidates bringing strong transferable skills from a customer focused, operational or services background such as hospitality operations, retail, customer-facing trades or building services
* An interest in property and a genuine willingness to learn and develop
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
* Some exposure to building services, contractor coordination or compliance is beneficial but not essential
