Housekeeping is an integral part of providing exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work to join our team as Housekeepers.
**Job Description:**
* Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
* Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated hours to meet daily targets and operational goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
* Use specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all training and tools provided.
* Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
Shift Details:
* A rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
* Shifts starting between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.
**Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):**
* Monday – Friday: $*** per hour
* Saturday: $*** per hour
* Sunday: $*** per hour
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
* Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
* Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
