This position incorporates both Events Coordinator and Uniform Shop Coordinator.
Commencement Date: 3 November 2025 - or to be negotiated with the successful applicant
Employment Type: Term-Time, Permanent (38 hours per week consisting of 33 hours Events Coordinator and 5 hours Uniform Shop Coordinator)
Salary: Events Coordinator - School Officer Level 4 - $36.98 - $38.14 gross per hour + 12.75% super
Salary: Uniform Shop Coordinator - Services Staff Level 3 - $34.17 - $35.62 gross per hour + 12.75% super

About The Role
The Administration Officer (Events) appointed to this position is required to demonstrate competency in organisation and communication to ensure College events are executed to a high standard.
This role may involve supporting the leadership team with a variety of tasks for operational requirements of the college.
Duties are performed under limited supervision with tasks allocated from multiple areas of the college, and work may be checked in relation to overall progress.
Coordinate and participate in college events including but not limited to college gatherings, masses and liturgies, college open nights, awards evenings, Yr 12 graduation week, assemblies, college musicals, etc.
There is a range of roles and tasks in a variety of contexts, with some complexity in the extent and choice of actions required, particularly around events and procurement.
The primary responsibility of the Uniform Shop Coordinator is to provide a high calibre of retail management expertise to ensure the efficient operation of the functions and activities of the Uniform Shop, including managing the day-to-day operations of the shop and being responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the shop in accordance with college policies and directions.
