Store Manager – Lead the Wallsend team at OPSM. No optical experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

* Oversee daily store operations: rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.

Qualifications
* Sales leader with a proven track record within KPI structures.
* Experience leading teams through change and supporting new initiatives.
* Passion for technology, innovation and continuous learning.
* Strong problem‐solving and relationship‐building skills.
* Excellent time‐management and organisational skills.
* Prior leadership experience, ideally in retail.
