ABOUT THE ROLE
Breakers Country Club is looking for an energetic and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our close-knit team on a part‐time basis at our superb venue located in Wamberal, NSW.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assisting the Chef with preparation of food and general cooking
* Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes
* Utilising industrial cleaning equipment including a commercial dishwasher
ABOUT YOU
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced and high‐volume kitchen
* Flexibility to work an open roster that may include days, nights, weekends and public holidays
* Be a team player and have a willingness to learn
* Punctual and well‐presented individual
