Colliers seeks a professional and proactive Facilities Manager to join their Real Estate Management Services team.
This role involves coordinating residential, commercial, and industrial routine inspection reports, as well as liaising with Facility Managers on issues related to leased and owned sites for rectification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Real Estate Agents to ensure compliance requirements are met for all leased residential properties.
* Organize Routine Inspections with Agents throughout Queensland, collate property documentation, and provide recommendations.
* Carry out Property Inspections on Owned and Leased commercial sites, providing clients with itemized Reports and recommendations.
* Attend site meetings with Contractors on behalf of the client, ensuring copies of all reports, correspondence, and outgoing documentation are kept on file.
* Assist in maintaining building information documents, plans, and guides.
* Help mitigate risks to both Colliers and its clients.
Requirements:
* Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Good financial and IT literacy, understanding of budgeting processes.
* Basic knowledge of building services, desire to learn.
* Ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents.
* Capacity to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a single outcome.
