Key Responsibilities:
* Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive process excellence.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives.
* Monitor performance metrics and produce insightful reports to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of ITIL framework and SIAM foundations.
* Proven experience in coordinating process execution in an IT service management environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
