Commercial Property Manager | South West Sydney

Monday to Friday | $85K–$120K

Open to Candidates Stepping Up from Residential or with Commercial Experience

Whether you're ready to step up from residential or already have commercial property management experience, join an established, independent agency with over 50 years of commercial real estate success. Manage a clean, low-maintenance portfolio of around 200 commercial tenancies, fully supported by dedicated admin, accounts, and maintenance teams allowing you to focus on relationships, portfolio performance, and strategic management.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and property inspections
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
* Handle arrears, lease breaches, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Coordinate maintenance and oversee contractor compliance
* Deliver forecasts, meet operational KPIs, and add value to your portfolio
What You'll Need
* Experience in residential property management looking to transition OR commercial property management experience
* Current Real Estate License
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
