Salary: $94,600 – $106,000 (including super). Full‑time (75 hours per fortnight) with hybrid work arrangements.

Job Description
The Business Analyst supports complex projects within the PMO, engaging stakeholders, performing advanced data analysis and delivering measurable efficiencies. You will work within the BPO and PMO framework, facilitate workshops, develop requirements, model operations, create advantages models, and support implementation and hand‑over to BAU.
Key Responsibilities
- Support complex projects under the PMO framework.
- Hold stakeholder consultations and facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Prepare scopes, business requirements documents, and contribute to RFPs, business cases and other project documentation.
- Create benefits models to demonstrate tangible strategic improvement.
- Review and analyse business case specifications from other units.
- Assists in evaluating vendor proposals.
- Support planning, preparation and execution of user acceptance testing.
- Assist in estimating timelines, budgets and reporting progress.
- Engage sponsors in issue resolution.
- Develop process diagrams and logical data models.
Qualifications
Highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with banking and finance knowledge and a foundation in business analysis. Experience in business process improvement, BABOK methodologies, workshop facilitation, and multi‑priority management.
Additional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work between functional and technical teams.
- Relevant degree in business administration, IT, economics, statistics or accounting (desirable).
- Knowledge of business operations and change management (desirable).
