The right candidate will have -
* Minimum 3 years volume Site Supervising experience with a residential new home builder
* Positive can-do attitude that is willing to work in as part of a tight team
* Strong communication skills
* Site Supervisor or builders license (QLD)
* Ability to problem solve and have an involved approach as Site Supervisor
