Our client
is a fast-growing e-commerce fulfilment provider supporting some of Australia's most dynamic consumer brands. Operating from a modern facility in south-west Sydney, the business delivers end-to-end third-party logistics services including inbound receiving, inventory management, pick/pack operations and nationwide distribution.
The role
will lead all operational functions, including Warehousing, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving and execution. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring consistent and profitable operational delivery
* Driving standardisation and continuous improvement in customer service and operational processes.
* Collaborating with international 3PL partners to support business growth.
* Leading cross-functional projects, including technology, process optimisation, and commercial initiatives.
* Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing insights, solutions, and execution capabilities.
