Fairfield High School is a comprehensive, secondary school located in southwest Sydney, and caters for the academic and emotional needs of approximately 1000 students, with 94% from LBOTE backgrounds. Students participate in a broad range of extra-curricular activities including sports, music, debating, humanitarian causes and student leadership initiatives. A well-established Intensive English Centre is located on site as part of the high school community, which caters for newly arrived students from overseas, refugees and international students. The school has seven special education classes that support the learning of students with intellectual disabilities and autism. Fairfield High School has a balance of early career and experienced staff who focus on the delivery of a broad curriculum catering for the needs of individual students. The school is committed to continually improving effective classroom practices to support holistic student growth and attainment with targeted staff professional learning being instrumental in ensuring this. **Selection Criteria**: 
Approval to teach Visual Arts and a willingness to teach Photography.
Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader school community to support student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
Capacity to work collaboratively by creating and sharing resources in a agile CAPA faculty.
