About You
You are a motivated, results-driven professional who is serious about building a long-term career in real estate.
You will ideally have:
* A current Victorian Real Estate Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Proven sales ability or strong customer-facing experience
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A proactive, disciplined approach to prospecting
* Strong time management and organisational skills
