Power equipment technician

Job Title: Power Equipment Technician

Maintain, repair and service complex outdoor power equipment including zero turn mowers, trimmers and chainsaws.

* Conduct inspections to diagnose issues and perform routine maintenance on external combustion engines.

* Degree in a related field such as mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.

* Skill in engine repair, troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.

Competency with the use of diagnostic tools, manuals and other technical resources

Familiarity with major brands of lawn care equipment including John Deere Honda and Briggs Stratton.

persons who apply for this position are also expected to work effectively independently but also contribute to our collaborative team environment. Also be able to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally carry heavy parts across the garage floor working safely around machinery that is under operation
