Job Type: Registered Nurse x 3 – YarrabahPractice Information:GYHSAC provides culturally sensitive primary health care services in accordance with the Yarrabah Health Strategic Plan and is a member of both the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) alliance and Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council (QAIHC).Position Description:The position is responsible for the delivery of patient care and services that are aligned to the ACCHO model of comprehensive primary health care, to a standard that achieves prevention, early detection and best-practice management of health conditions within the Community.
