We are seeking an experienced and driven Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Waterloo, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and enrol high-quality students to our institution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment plans and campaigns across various channels, including online, on-campus events, and off-campus recruitment activities, with a particular focus on the Northeast Asia region.
- Collaborate with academic departments, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to create compelling promotional materials and messaging that highlight the institution's unique offerings and value proposition.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events, delivering engaging presentations and building relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment efforts.
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent and effective execution of recruitment initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to student recruitment and admissions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field within the higher education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding writing and presentation abilities, with the capacity to craft compelling and persuasive messaging.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of student recruitment strategies, best practices, and marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with the local education landscape and market.
- Ability to travel for recruitment events and activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or education (preferred).
