About the role:
Store Managers play a pivotal role with the responsibility of leading a team of passionate Hosts and Specialists. Champion our MECCA Values and embody our vision of making customers look and feel their best.
Key responsibilities as a Store Manager:
- Engage & motivate the team to meet KPIs and promote MECCA values
- Drive success through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback
- Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to build effective teams.
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations creating a seamless customer experience
- Attend our bi-annual leadership conference in Melbourne, with motivational guest speakers providing invaluable guidance for life.
- MECCA Store Managers work full-time hours from Tuesday to Saturday._
What You Will Bring
We look for experienced, senior and passionate managers capable of leading and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations.
Along with truly believing and embodying our values and brand, you have:
- Minimum 3 years managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large team
- Previous leadership experience with proven sales & team development
- A make-it-happen mindset with a ability to develop relationships
- Genuinely care about people, always seeing through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best experience
- Have an unrelentless pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)
- Ability to think BIG & long-term to drive change through influencing others
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
